The Weiss Gallery is renowned in the art world as the specialist
resource for Tudor and Stuart portraiture. Within its spacious new
gallery in Jermyn Street, there can be seen a fine selection of early
British and North European historical portraits.
Apart from British and International private collectors, the gallery
includes within its clientele many of the major British institutions
such as Tate Britain, the National Portrait Galleries of London and
Edinburgh and the National Maritime Museum as well as overseas museums
in Europe, the United States and Australia.
The gallery is lit by 39 Director
DR2 remote controlled spotlights
which are also used by the gallery when they exhibit at the annual
European Fine Art Fair at Maastricht.
